Nicole Cox is a highly sought after certified international yoga and pilates instructor. Nicole is currently training private and semi privates in Beverly Hills. She is also a professional and internationally acclaimed dancer. Nicole currently teaches her invigorating, personal blend of pilates spiced with an integration of dance and yoga to professional athletes, dancers, high stress business/medical professionals and those seeking repair and rejuvination. Aaron participated in track and field, and football playing on the defense line in college. Aaron specializes in accessing muscular imbalances, poor movement patterns and improving posture. As a performance enhancement specialist, Aaron’s expertise in sports specific training helps everyone from the weekend warrior to the elite athlete.

Aaron’s additional training in Pilate’s provides a strong compliment to any traditional training program.

Bio
Michael comes from a diverse athletic background ranging from collegiate football and baseball to Ironman Competition. From explosive plyometric or Olympic type training for improving power output to rehab and corrective exercise to minimize injuries, he has been there and personally knows what it feels like to “put in the work.”

Michael’s training style focuses on functional, sport specific and “core” based movements. He views life as a sport and trains his clients accordingly and for their individual needs. With a combination of functional strength training and Pilates, he has worked with clients ranging from the professional athlete to the sedentary, obese and elderly. Michael believes if you give your body the stimulus it needs, you will respond by growing stronger and looking better.

Bio
Born and raised in Israel, Rom has been active his entire life in all kinds of sports- soccer, mountain biking and running cross country. He started competing in endurance multisports in the year of 1997. Rom has competed in countless running races, road cycling races, duathlons and triathlons of all distances from sprint triathlon to an Ironman and qualified to the 2006 Aquathlon World Championship. Currently Rom is the head coach for the Herbalife triathlon team and the UCLA cycling team.

Bio
Elise first discovered Pilates while vacationing at the La Costa Resort and Spa near San Diego. “I had played Soccer as a kid, Rugby in college, and had been lifting weights and doing the Aerobics thing for several years, but I had never felt anything like this. I had always been strong, especially for my size, but flexibility had been a lifelong issue for me. This method made me feel strong and graceful at the same time. I don’t think I’d ever felt graceful in my life before trying Pilates.

Elise received her formal teacher certification through the New York-based Physical Mind Institute, training with Maria Leone at Bodyline Studio in Beverly Hills. Elise is a fervent believer in continuing education and continually strives to improve her skills as a practitioner and teacher. Elise passed the national PMA Certification Exam and has developed and implemented Continuing Education Pilates programs for Pilate’s studios and Health Clubs in the Southern California area. Elise has worked with clients from ages 13 through 80, athletes and actors, clients with cancer, ms, osteoporosis, arthritis, pre- and post-natal, and those with severe back, neck, shoulder and knee conditions/injuries. Elise is also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as a member of IDEA and the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).

Bio
Chu was trained in Costa Rica at The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, were some of the best teachers in the field have been trained. She had a successful business in Costa Rica for a year and became a massage mentor for students pursuing a similar path. Chu also studied Traditional Thai Massage in Thailand by one of the only schools acknowledged by the King of Thailand, at the Chang Mai School of Thai Massage. Chu has come back to the States to further her education and continue perfecting her practice. She specializes in deep tissue and normalization of toxic tissues. She has a unique touch because she incorporates the eastern and western styles. Currently Chu is working at the Exodus Training as the massage therapist. The massages clients receive are created specifically to individual needs. In your sessions you will walk away feeling educated about how to take care of your body, relaxed, and loose.

Bio
Andy has an extensive athletic background. He was all American athlete at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he competed in football, and track and field. Andy trained for the 2000 Olympic Trials in Track & Field. After college, he worked as a high school football coach and junior college track coach, mentoring young athletes. Andy is qualified to work with clients interested in any type of performance oriented or sports specific training. He combines his high level athletic and coaching experience with the latest fitness concepts to help clients get consistent results.

Andy is an avid cyclist. He completed the Wildflower Half Iron Man in 2006 and the New Zealand Iron Man in 2007.
